Royal Route Residence

Royal Route Residence is a set of modern apartments located in a restored, historical building built in XVIII century. The building is placed on the corner of the most famous Warsaw streets Chmielna and Nowy Swiat. Placed on Royal Route, that connect Wilanow Castle, Lazienki Park with the Old Town. Due to its central location it is also a great place to visit any part, both modern and old part of the varied and wide city.

We offer various apartments suitable for every guest. Get a studio for two or bigger apartment for family or group of friends. All have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath or shower. Most of the apartments are equipped with cable TV with international channels, CD players, washing machines, irons, hair dryers. Price per apartment can make your stay as cheap per person as only hostels can offer.
